Preparation
Marinate the salmon for 10 minutes with SAIGON GOURMET MARINADE SAUCE
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
Brush the vegetables with Saigon Gourmet Sweet and Sour Ginger Sauté
Place the salmon and vegetables on a baking sheet
Bake for 15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the salmon
Serve with rice and garnish with finely chopped shallot and a slice of lemon
Garnish with SAIGON GOURMET SPICY CRISP SAUCE, if desired.

150 ml of SAIGON GOURMET Lemongrass and Pepper MARINADE
100 ml of SAIGON GOURMET Sweet and Sour Ginger SAUTÉ
Assorted vegetables cut into pieces (broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, bell pepper, shallot)
1 finely chopped shallot for garnish
SAIGON GOURMET SPICY CRISP SAUCE (optional)
