Preparation

Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and add the tofu. Let it cook for 3 minutes.

Add the vegetables and continue cooking for 5 minutes.

Add the Saigon Gourmet sweet and sour ginger SAUTÉ and stir over medium heat for 2 minutes.

Serve with rice and garnish with sesame seeds.

Garnish with SAIGON GOURMET SPICY CRISP SAUCE, if desired.
