Preparation

Cook the vermicelli in boiling water for 3 minutes, rinse with cold water and drain.

Grill the sausages in a pan over medium-high heat for 10 minutes.

Spread all ingredients over the vermicelli.

Garnish with peppers and SAIGON GOURMET DIP.

400g rice vermicelli

340g of a choice of one of our 4 kinds of Saigon Gourmet Vietnamese sausages

Assorted herbs: coriander, mint, Thai basil, Asian chives, perilla, green onion

1/2 sliced English cucumber

50g peeled and julienned carrot

20g of fried onions

1 jalapeno or chili pepper, thinly sliced

100ml of Saigon Gourmet Dip Sauce
