Preparation

Marinate the protein with SAIGON GOURMET MARINADE for 10 minutes.

Cook the vermicelli in boiling water for 3 minutes, rinse with cold water and drain.

Grill the protein in a pan over medium heat for 10 minutes, turning the rolls halfway through cooking.

Spread all ingredients over the vermicelli.

Top with chili peppers, fried onions, and SAIGON GOURMET DIP.

Note: The grilled protein can be eaten alone as an appetizer or served in a vermicelli salad.

400g vermicelli

350g protein of your choice

Assorted herbs: coriander, mint, Thai basil, Asian chives, perilla, green onion

1/2 sliced English cucumber

50g peeled and julienned carrot

1 jalapeno or chili pepper, thinly sliced

Prepared fried onions

100 ml of SAIGON GOURMET DIP

150 ml of SAIGON GOURMET MARINADE
