Banh Mi is a classic Vietnamese sandwich characterized by its crispy baguette bread, pickled vegetables, local meat selection, and fresh coriander. It is a perfect sandwich for a quick lunch and simply delicious with the Vietnamese Garlic and Pepper Sausages Nem Nướng Saigon Gourmet.
Cook the sausages on medium-high heat for 6 minutes or until grilled to your liking.
Slice nem nướng sausages into strips.
Open the baguette halves and spread mayonnaise, carrot, and cucumber on them.
Add the sausage strips and fresh coriander.
