Preparation
Cook the noodles in boiling water for 2 minutes, rinse with cold water and drain.
In a wok or large pan, heat the oil over high heat and add the onions and shrimp. Cook for 2 minutes.
Add the other vegetables and cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring.
Add the noodles and SAIGON GOURMET SWEET AND SOUR SAUTÉ over medium heat for 2 minutes.
Serve and garnish with green onion.

250g thawed shrimp
300g assorted vegetables: bell pepper, onion, zucchini, mushroom, and broccoli
1 thinly sliced green onion
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
100ml SAIGON GOURMET SWEET AND SOUR SAUTÉ
