Vietnamese Hotdogs

Ingredients

  • 2 European-style hotdog rolls
  • 2 (160 g) Saigon Gourmet Vietnamese Garlic and Pepper Sausages
  • 2 sprigs fresh cilantro
  • 30 g diced onion
  • 50 g grated carrots
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, thinly sliced
  • Mayonnaise, to taste
  • Your choice of hot sauce
  • Preparation: 5 minutes
  • Cooking time: 6 minutes

Preparation

  1. Cook the sausages over medium-high heat for 6 minutes or until they are cooked to your liking.
  2. Cut open the rolls and top with mayonnaise, grated carrots and onion.
  3. Add the sausages and cilantro.
  4. Top with hot sauce and sliced jalapeno peppers to taste.
