Sweet-and-Sour Noodle Seafood Sauté


  • 300 g flat rice vermicelli
  • 350 g frozen mixed seafood, thawed
  • 300 g your choice of vegetables: peppers, onions, zucchini, mushrooms and broccoli
  • ¼ pineapple, diced
  • 1 thinly sliced green onion
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • 250 ml Saigon Gourmet Sweet-and-Sour Sauce (or Extra Spicy Sweet-and-Sour Sauce for a spicier flavour)
  • Preparation: 15 minutes

Get out your wok and get ready for an explosion of flavours and colours!


  1. Cook the noodles in boiling water for 3 minutes; rinse under cold water and drain.
  2. In a wok or large frying pan, heat the oil over high heat and add the onions and seafood. Cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the other vegetables and the pineapple and cook while stirring for 2 more minutes.
  4. Add the noodles and the Sweet-and-Sour Sauce and stir over medium heat for 2 minutes.
  5. Serve and garnish with green onions. Add salt and pepper to taste.
