Sunrise sesame salad

Ingredients

  • 140 g mixed salad greens
  • 8 strawberries, sliced
  • ½ pineapple, sliced
  • 1 green apple, julienned
  • 2 radishes, thinly sliced
  • 1 English cucumber, sliced
  • Sesame seeds to taste
  • 150 ml Saigon Gourmet Sesame dressing Sauce

The Sunrise sesame salad is exciting and easy to put together. Perfect as a side dish or a main meal, it’s a real burst of freshness!

Preparation

  1. Right before serving, mix the mesclun salad greens with the Sesame dressing Sauce.
  2. Arrange in plates and top with the strawberries, pineapple, cucumbers, apples and radishes.
  3. Garnish with sesame seeds. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Note

Add chicken or tofu marinated with Saigon Gourmet’s Lemongrass Sauce to turn this salad into a main dish.
