Sesame Sauce

Ingredients

  • 140 g mixed salad greens
  • 8 strawberries, sliced
  • ½ pineapple, sliced
  • 1 green apple, julienned
  • 2 radishes, thinly sliced
  • 1 English cucumber, sliced
  • Sesame seeds to taste
  • 150 ml Saigon Gourmet Sesame Sauce

A sunrise salad is exciting and easy to put together. Perfect as a side dish or a main meal, it’s a real burst of freshness!

Preparation

  1. Right before serving, mix the mesclun salad greens with the Sesame Sauce.
  2. Arrange in plates and top with the strawberries, pineapple, cucumbers, apples and radishes.
  3. Garnish with sesame seeds. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Note

Add chicken or lemongrass-marinated grilled tofu to turn this salad into a main dish.
