Sesame Salmon Tartare


  • 350 g fresh salmon for tartare
  • 1/4 English cucumber, cubed
  • 1 thinly sliced green onion
  • Sesame seeds to taste
  • 150 ml Saigon Gourmet Sesame Sauce

The Sesame Sauce gives the tartare an unforgettable toasted sesame flavour and a delicious Vietnamese touch!


  1. Cut the salmon into small cubes. Set aside in the refrigerator.
  2. Cut up the cucumber and green onion.
  3. Combine the salmon, vegetables and Sesame Sauce.
  4. Top with the sesame seeds. Add salt and pepper and mix well.


Serve with Sunrise Sesame Salad.
